@spiritspeakscouk Of course ortodox treatments have their place so do the medicins but like you said, the deeply rooted symtoms have to be addressed. I also believe that many conditions treated with conventionals drugs can be treated naturally with help of supplements, food as medicine and meditation because body can heal itself when given a chance before it is too late. @BytomGirl Orthordox and othe treatments have there place as does energy healing. But in some cases as a patient recovers it often helpful to slowly come off of medication if it is no longer needed as it does sometime mask some symtoms and needs that are more deeply rooted. @spiritspeakscouk I believe that in our bodies everything works togteher in unison, like a machine where all parts work together for best performance so we need to clean and mantain the whole machine, like body so I believe in wholistic healing. When there is one organ in trouble we need to target the health of the entire body too to heal that organ otherwise we only cover up what is really wrong, the problem with alopathic medicine is covering up the symptoms instead of aiming at the cause.

@BytomGirl Yes the mind and body often refect how each other is in terms of health, mental and physical health is important where possible. Directed healing for one conditions suffered is greatly benefitial, but general holistic healing for the whole being is often needed. L&L Shep

@spiritspeakscouk Yes, I agree, it always involves altered mind, in my opinion though altered mind heals the brain and built up stress, sleep heels a body, letting it renew and rebuild itself, after all, healthy body means healthy mind and vice versa, they are connected... trough healthy mind we can heal the body as long as we take care of our health in other ways like healthy diet and exercise. It all intereaves together forming a complete, healthy human.

@BytomGirl There are many methods of healing some work better than others depending on the patient. Many do go into a more peaceful and relaxed state when healed and an altered state of mind. Some benefit more by going to sleep where they are more receptive and are able to let go, also they often have an altered state of mind while asleep and are more able to let go of mental and emotional burdens as they are deeply relaxed. So which is better all comes down to the patients needs.

@spiritspeakscouk My pleasure... I learned long ago when I started to meditate that it is counterproductive to fall asleep and in the begining to hold something heavy in the hand during meditation so we could wake up when it falls out if we fall asleep. We need to be relaxed but concieous, am I correct?
