Clip In Hair Extensions Tutorial, Instant hair volume

A very rough idea to how I add volume to my hair, I did this video without a mirror so its not very accurate, but just to give you an idea =)

I must clarify that I not a slave to PR. I genuinely only use products that I have tested and believe are good in my videos. I was not paid to use these, it was my choice =)

I have long hair already so my purpose of adding extensions is not for length, but for volume.
My hair becomes instantly more thicker and luscious. This is the first time I have worn these in a video, Iv only ever worn them a few times on nights out...

usally when i use those clip on extensions i use them 4 the colored hair ay sally's or where ever and tht way its easier 2 color my hair other than goin throught all tht hair dye and hair color junk

ANSWER--6. also- make sure (especially if you have shorter hair)

that you get your extensions cut in(with means your ext.s get cut, layered or thinned and trimmed) so that they can look as natural as possible!

7.Always make sure your hair dresser is an experienced extension cutter- as cutting hair and extensions are 2 COMPLETELY different things.

(usually the hair dressers that sell extensions are the ones to look for)

5. if you have short thick hair- you CAN get extensions- first you will need to purchase extensions with many clips- the more clips- the more thickness( there is nothing worse then a heavy top and a thin bottom- makes extensions look SO FAKE!)

SO MAKE SURE THEY ARE THICK! (you can tell when you scrunch them together in your hand like a pony tale- if they are not thick, DO NOT PURCHASE-its not worth your money)

ANSWER--3. if you use fake hair extensions- most let you heat style up to 180'c.this means you can not exceed this heat or your plastic hair will turn into a melted plastic mess.

4.Always check on the net and with your supplier about heat styling, and the authenticity of your hair!

ANSWER- you can heat style hair extensions, dye them and wash and cut them- under certain circumstances.

1. your extensions if 100% human hair- you can style with ghd and other heat stylers.

2. when dying 100% human hair i suggest you do not lift the colour(brunette to blonde) as they tend to get frizzy. I suggest if dying is necessary- you only dye from a lighter shade to darker.
