@aligerous most of these people do not take in account that these situations tend to happen at night time,even moore and his body gaurds made sure to leave before dark.

If the officer says "Police !! Don't move!!" and you fail to comply like a normal, law-abiding citizen should, and reach into your pocket for anything, including keys, remote controls or wallets, you certainly run the risk of being shot. Action will always beat reaction. Do not expect the police to get a close look at what may be in your hand. By then, it's too late and they know it. Moore is an idiot and will only sway the simpletons.
