Canoe trip 123 miles down Birch Creek in Northern Alaska. Class III rapids in a canoe through some of the most scenic terrain you can imagine. Aerial footage, grizzly bears, eagles, this is the real Alaska. Can't wait to do it again!

  • Im going there in June its going to be intense

  • @jobooo1 id rather have soaked shorts then soaked pants

  • what dumbass wheres shorts in alaska? He must be from florida.

  • I had TWO tears in my eye when I saw this video!! I did this stretch in 1973 with five of my college buddies. We had 3 canoes total and I was in a really short one (a 13' aluminum Grumman) that looked pretty beat up after the trip. I'd give a lot to be back on that river again. Thanks for sharing this. • A tear dropped in my eye when I fell across your video. Last summer before I moved to wisconsin I floated down this same stretch. I did it though in the fall. The water level was much lower than what you fellows had. Most unbelievable country ever. I floated this stretch in a 12 cataraft and I went solo. Brought my dog actually too. Some very fun rapids. Guys catch any fish? I plan to do this trip again someday. Hold on to your oars ;)

  • what an amazing trip. i'm thinking about buying myself a canoe and follow the flow and if possible, end up in alaska.
