By the way, Sorenson 3 is the most recent version of the export codec you're using, it will have better results then Sorenson 2 that you use in the video. Just tweak the data rate to a higher setting to get better video quality.

try using an other codec, like ima or raw.

Why is your sound so bad? Did u export it wrongly?

nope, probably because the mic records only with a very low freqency.
