I found out Happy Birthday is copyrighted and can cost up to $10,000 to put it in a film(singing it in public is a copyright infringement)... So is that why noise pollution is a violation?

Fantastic you..stumbled on this through you tube copyright issues (WMG)..You must have lost/spent many hours making this video and as a filmaker I know you have had many late nights crafting this. I have had videos removed due to copyright (audio)..and it really makes me angry thinking off all those lost hours, creating something from nothing..creativity on the net has taken a bullet to the brain....
