There is a way to change the language, its a choice on the option screen in sound I think.

If you complete the game once you get the ability to change all or individual characters voices to English or Japanese instead.

I noticed that Akuma doesn't say "Kakugo Wa Yoi Ka" neither end the Shun Goku Satsu Isshun Sengeki Return with "Kore Ga Messatsu" in front of Ryu. Apparently Akuma says something different after he whiffles Ryu with the Isshun Sengeki. I don't know why Akuma would say different things when he has to use his Isshun Sengeki on Ryu... Was Akuma trying to punish Ryu for continuing to cling onto Humanity?

@LastRambo341 lol Jokes on you. I haven't watched Anime since I was a kid and when I watched them, they were in Italian. And Italians do a much better job than Americans in dubbing believe me. Even though I obviously prefer to watch Hollywood movies in their original language.
