thank you i understand now. so, degas, add potassium, rack to new car boy, add clarifying agent, in my case its going to be bentonite, wait a week so it clarifies, rack then add sulphite and sorbate and then im done? does that sound about right? im still pretty new to all this. but your videos have been a life saver.

after you put in the potassium at the end of this video, how long did you wait to rack into the other carboy which is the next video degassing? did you add the potassium and then immediatly rack to degas or wait a few weeks to degas?

I am pretty new to home wine making, and I have learned that patience is indeed a virtue when endeavoring into this hobby.......of all the online tutorials, you appear to be best in knowing your stuff......I have subscribed to you, and look forward to your upcoming videos.

We normally de-gas at the same time as we add the final ingredients. It just makes the process easier; however, there is no magic here, so you can wait to de-gas, if you choose.
