as someone who has only watched the American Hell's Kitchen, I have to say I appreciate that Chef Ramsay does the commentary. Although I'm still adjusting to the lack of dramatic background music :P. But I suppose this is much more authentic seeming.

I love this episode. It just epitomizes the saying: "Jack of all trades, master of none."

To eat REAL Indian food, you need to come down to India. That watered down junk you get in UK is nothing like Indian food. We give that to you because English & other foreign palates cannot take the actual Indian food, which is too complex for them. Even Gordon Ramsey knows that!!!

@BarbG11 It's better than American reality tv, if you ask me. The Americans just like showing the more extreme, 'in your face' over-dramatized aspects of the show. The UK version has a much better 'story' to follow. Again, just my opinion.

I more like these kind of episodes then the complete disaster ones. These are more realistic in my opinion. These people are not hopelessly lost, they are smart people but have mad the wrong decisions. The psychological factor is better in these kind of episodes in my opinion.

I'm gonna be the dick here (sorry. lol) and say it IS an awesome piece of dialogue but I believe you have it wrong... I understood this:

"O.k... Do they know now?"

"Who?"

"The customers."

"Of course they do..."

"So, then get rid of it then!"

I think it has become even more fantastic now.

Hi Ellosu90!!! I'm glad that I'm not the only one that LOVES this tune but unfortunately I haven't got any further finding out the titel of this music...Maybe I we retry again in the coming weeks! Once I have anything, I will of course let you know!
