Visumatic VPM Power Module Screwdriver Spindle with Feeders - Machine Builder

Visumatic's VPM Power Module is designed for incorporation into a Robotic or Linear presentation system to bit--stroke screws into part. A Power Module fits when you need the fastener bit-stroked into the part without moving the nosepiece, dependent on the machine for motion. You present the part to the nosepiece, or mount the head on your positioner to achieve the desired Z-axis positioning of the nosepiece to the driving location.

The VPM's Quick Change Bit:
There's more efficiency that comes with the VPM than reliably driving fasteners. The design and build features of our systems are efficient to maintain, adding to low cost of ownership. The tilt-away nosepieces allow for nearly instantaneous bit changes. One turn of a bladed screwdriver and the bit and bit extension pull right out the back. Operators can change this bit in less than 60 seconds!
