scrap all the safty rubbish , increase the speed limits ,reduce taxes , make cars classy again and that would save it but as if that would happen people these days would rather pedal 90miles to work then spend 40k to be told how to drive and be fined heh
-
there reducing the speed limit to 20mph now where i live, you cant go anywhere without being pulled over and fined in some way i perfer cars with no seats belts and electronic garbage to cripple the engine but have brought cars up until last year its just to expensive now with the fines and hassle so this year brought 2 motorcycles instead cars now are not fun anymore and with the electric milk floats around the corner its just a lost cause

they said that reliablilty is a problem. cars today are TOO reliable. they last too long. this is good for the buyers but bad for the manufacturer. cars are lasting so long that people arent buying new ones cuz they dont need too. but if the car isnt reliable, nobody is gonna buy it in the first place. so the companies are in between a rock and a hard place. back in the 50's and 60's, people bought new cars every 4 years on average. today its every 7 years they buy new ones.

people in the US need to get back buying their own manufactured products,The US consumer market has propped up manufacturing industries blobally to their own detriment, The Big 3 can sort out their issues, there is plenty of time and petroleum to develop a new generation of cars.Basically, keeping technology as simple as possible is the foundation for founding a country and economy.
The Americans need to look for alternate sources... like American products, because other wise they're fucked.

Well, it's nice to see that someone is making a profit from this... the owners of these lots. Then again, the lot owners are probably not even American.
