@termsofusepolice this song is an early demo song, so it's OLDER than you think, the beginning to me sounds like a nod to Randy Rhoads Diary Of A Madman. I don't think that intro was on the earlier demo version.

I don't care what anyone says...."Girl Gone Bad" HANDS DOWN is Eddie Van Halen at the top of his game....his finest hour!! I get chills everytime I listen to it....He redifined what the electric guitar could do, but with "Girl Gone Bad", he even outdid himself....Unbelievable guitar playing!!!!

@DuaLeaD Totally agree! When Hendrix died everybody said it was impossible for another guitar player to change the guitar like Hendrix did, it was deemed mission impossible. Well in less than 10 years since Hendrix's death EVH didn't only change the guitar he revolutionised it! He didn't knock down walls he destroyed them!! It's now over 30 years since EVH revolutionised the guitar, I've yet to see & hear anything new in the guitar since EVH. Who's the king? KING EDWARD VAN HALEN!!
