  • @kickdim the weight is light relative to my stronger FS. I was hitting 170 often and my PB is 180 so it's 27 below what I can hit in the FS.

  • @JustElijah I work 45-50hr weeks for an investment bank, the hrs are normal but they are not productive for training...I'm going to crash and burn with the amount of training but f0ck it, you live once, I got 3-5-7yrs left of my best training so I'm just going to go crazy with it and see how far I can get!

  • @HeangKoing Ahh cool, sounds like such a sick lifestyle, although that excludes your job :P. Keep it up anyway man, you're elderly years will be so easy; since your joints and stuff will still be strong from these times :)

  • @JustElijah still play Tennis and use to rock climb once a week but I've cut it all down about 5yrs ago to focus on the OLifts. I'm 28 in a few weeks, been OLifting for 12.5yrs now so been at it a while :)
