children of manila

my mission of that day was to let the world see the life of the street children around manila. just to remind everyone, i didn't have the pleasure of taking these pics. these are an eye-opener for me and just want to share it with you to realize that life has its ups and downs. i was having a mixed emotions thru this...happy to see some of them with genuine smiles. sad when you can see through those eyes behind it...

note: some of the images are graphic and contain photographs with nudity. i captured the photos to be photojournalistic as possible and i do not promote child pornography here. to be safe, i'm patching black areas to the vital parts.

CALLING ALL FILIFINO'S ABROAD: Let us ALL unite as ONE, by helping the poor in OUR beloved country the Philippines. "WE cannot do everything, but WE can do something". Let's start with OUR own barrangay/suburbs first, then extend...DON'T asked what your country can do for you! ASKED what you can do for your country!  Let us break the cycle of poverty, by giving one child(s) an education. WE cannot help them all, but we can START by HELPING ONE, then TWO. So, LETS START WITH 1, THEN MAYBE 2..

These are just pictures of children...you know some of the pictures show kids on the streets, but many pictures are just of KIDS in general, we don't know the story. Beautiful song, though. I just can't use the video for anything. It doesn't really show poverty.
