It's nearly impossible to form a group one year and then come out the next, specially something like tribe. It takes time to develop a group's niche. Q-Tip didn't wake up 1 morning and said "hey i'm forming a group i'm gonna get signed this year and put out and album the next year". That didn't even happen to Nas and he's the greatest of all time.
