I think that your abhinaya for mohiniyattam is too similar to bharatanatyam ..I think mohiniyattam movements and expressions should be more subtle slow gracefull and elegant. STill such a beautiful performance

Hi Meera..dont know how serious you are about mohiniyattam. Try to get hold of Kalamandalam Kalyanikutty amma's book - Mohiniyattam - Charithravum Attaprakaravum. We tend to mix styles when we learn more than one dance form at a time..be careful about that. You have inborn talent..however dont let all this praise go to your head,,,constantly strive to improve..well..in fact I think you do :)

Meera .... 90% of the mohiniyattam performances uploaded in Youtube are not upto mark. Veterans like Dr Neena prasad and others are exceptions. You have really raised the bar in Kerala Kalolsavam. You Mohiniyattam is too good and i dont have words to explain We are really looking forward for loadz of graceful performances by you. Upload more.

Superb Meera! Am a mom just started learning Mohiniyattam and am just amazed the way you perform! Your other performances were equally good or better ones.am from trichur too! Keep up d good work! God bless!
