What can you accomplish in 360 hours?
The Chinese sustainable building company, Broad Group, has yet attempted another impossible feat, building a 30-story tall hotel prototype in 360 hours, after building a 15-story building in a week earlier in 2011.

You may ask why in a hurry, and is it safe? The statistics in the video can put you in good faith. Prefabricated modular buildings has many advantages over conventional buildings.

Higher precision in fabrication (+/- 0.2mm).
More coordinated on-site construction management.
Shorter construction time span.
Lower construction waste.
Also many other health and energy features are included in Broad Sustainable Buildings (BSB)

The building was built over last Christmas time and finished before New Years Eve of 2012.

there was no concrete poured for the foundation. it alone takes weeks to dry! would you want to buy or live in a 15day built building? NO ! YES, IT TAKES ALL OTHERS MUCH, MUCH LONG BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO STAND BY THERE WORK. THIS IS BUILT BY CHINA GOVERMENT THAT DON'T ANSWSER TO ONE IF IT FALLS AND KILLS EVERYONE! (( NOT ALL IDEA'S ARE GOOD ONES :)) BUY AMERICAN

@hotrod4you2 I just realised that no foundation was built lol for a 30 story building, that's kinda risky, NOT Kinda, Very if not too risky, but then again this building was only a prototype.

@BigWillyVlogs There is a foundation, it's not made of concrete though, they show it in the beginning it's like what they do with bridges. Or places where a concrete foundation would not work. If you have seen the part where they actually do the test on the scale model with a 9.0 earthquake it's strong and works. Not everything that comes from china is bad. Stop living in the past.

@J0k3r2010 stop living in the past? o.O did I say anything bad about China? uhh No. All I saw was dirt, I only know of foundations that are concrete, but thanks for clearing that out. :)

There is one glaring problem with this type of construction. They have to leave the crane behind...

china is using more advance technick to build fast, in this world there too rich people do want to wast time, china say time is money and efficiency is life, how china have build army builder want to build mega project around world to create better enviroment and intresting job for whole world people

@hotrod4you2 Look again. There is a foundation made of concrete.  It shows it in the video. The entire structure is sitting on a massive foundation. They cover it with dirt.

Cleaver buggers those Chinese if you watch the building video it actually had the concrete foundation already built at hour 9 which is where the video starts.
