Name even 2 MK games with memorable soundtracks... you can't. They're all the same gloomy boring shit. Tekken 3 through 6 have killer soundtracks look it up.

@EspadaCurse LOL read some pro reviews. Tekken's sound score is always 9-10. Mortal Kombat games score shitty in music (and gameplay of course).

@GanonMT91 That doesn't make any sense. 2D and 3D does not mean shit. Its just a different platform with different rules. Just because majority of the franchises are 2D means 2D is better? I don't think so. 2D is where it all started and most of them just stuck to their roots unlike franchises that started out as 3D. Fighters like Tekken , Virtua Fighter, Soul Caliber , DOA have all proved 3D plane is equally good.

@GanonMT91 Well a real fight is 3D... which is why a lot of REAL fighters prefer 3D games. Get in a real fight and stick to a 2D plane and you get your ass kicked. Fact.

@brordia It's not the song, it's the nostalgia . If you play a random Tekken song, I'd say "That's cool, who made this?" If you play the MK theme, me along with many others are gonna yell "MORTAL KOMBAT!"
