  • @Hiyrustrider I never lower my weight. if I do ima lose strength. if i keep the weight same when i cut my next bulking session i tend to get bigger then I was before much faster. remember, you cant gain muscle during cutting, but you can gain strenght if you lift heavy and work hard.

  • @larrydav1d b You believe everything you hear? It's just advice from them with me personally I wouldn't take, Due to the fact that you can build muscle and burn fat. Understanding the basic sciences when it comes to bodybuilding and laying down a proper meal plan and anybody can lose fat and build muscle. You just got to study and research. 8+ years bodybuilding, Issa certified, training, strength, nutrition, blah, blah fuckin blah.

  • I agree with this partially for example my friend who was skinny fat started eating clean. and he had gone to the gym a few times so he was built. and what he did was he worked out lifting weights 3 days a week, and did cardio 3 days a week and ate clean majority and after 4 months he had an impressive IMPRESSIVE physical change. Tho I think the reason was becuz he's in his early 20s so thats why he was able to put on some muscle and burn some fat. Like they said before your age plays a key role

    I only asked the question because I was wondering what they would believe is best.
