    Well that and Thirty Flights of Lovin'.

    It looks like a surreal humorous analysis of the concept of the american 1920's lacking frame by frame animation.

    Which is why it reminds you of Blendogames' games. Although one might suggest those are an analysis of Wong Kar Wai movies, which take place in Hong Kong in the 50's/60's, but due to continental displacement feature similar aesthetics in the visuals and music due to delayed arrival of media.

    Did I make sense? May have made some of that up.
