Yes we are both at the same time but beingness is not always blissful (confusing at times) and being limited is not always painful (amazing spontaneity at times).
Sahaja is in the moment absolute (if there is such a thing) spontaneity,
"The only thing beyond the body-mind is the body-mind itself"

For someone who cannot have physicall access (because of distance) to a live sitting with a WDM teacher this is absolutely priceless,
