When I say I eat whatever I want, means I don't have diet food. If i want pizza, I have it- however you sacrifice other foods :( So it's up to you. Eat sensibly, we all know what that is!

I do the same thing... my "eat whatever I want days". I can't do those... but I do them anyway. Lol. I end up having 5 of those in a row. Then I feel really guilty and gross.
Don't be discouraged though. You can do it! Just get back on track . You will reach your goals.
