I know the physical cause of Alexanders death. I know he died of fever, but I believe that he already wanted to die, when Hephaistion died.

I was talking about the emotional side of Alexanders death, not the logical one.

Its a fact he died of fever, but a body can also shut down after the loss of their soulmate.

I believe thats what happened to Alexander. I think he had broken heart syndrom.

But everybody can believe whatever he wants.

@steve81132 greek "warriors" and "generals" used to encourage homosexuality between each other because they believed it brought them closer together on the battlefield. I never said they did it casually, just for that purpose. It suprises me that their army was still weak as shit lol. It was NOT frowned upon, it was encouraged by the greatest generals. Love between men was representative of ''pure love'' in Greece (girls were considered to be inferior to men so they could not measure up), but as soon as desire started to interfere, it was a whole different matter. @MsSMSgirl because alexander is a king, and a king cannot be with another man...i mean homosexuality wasn't frown upon then but as a king you kinda have to marry a queen so she can bare you a son...who will be the next heir to the throne. so being with hephaistion would really ruin the chance of their being another heir...it sucks but that life i guess lol
