@scottykilmer i was told 160 for labor and like 100 bucks for the gaskets so i think im going to take that lol i dont think he knows you have to take the timeing belt off lol

@ge90777 Use engine, gunk cleaner to get some of the oil off. I have the same problem right now on my car

I see you used that glue, but was there a new gasket put on aswell? if so it wasnt shown? sorry im a newbie and a girl, dont judge me :).

@MissBelindaJade yes, the glue holds the gasket on.

@MissBelindaJade if it doesn't leak, that's fine. I use glue as in insurance.

hi scotty how are you doing, i dont know if you remember me but im that auto student that asked you a question last year, well im almost finished but still have not that much experience. im trying to change my valve cover on my buick regal 96. if you could give me some tips. once again thank you. i use it for school

@MrRygals just do as in this video , but being a newer engine than this video, you just have to move more crap out of the way to get em off. So take a picture of each side first for reference when putting it back on
