I have a ques. Why can't we juz apply e lipgloss/lipstick directly 2 e brush? Why muz we put it on e q-tip/cotton bud 1st? Thx!!!

Thank you so much! The reason for scraping is so you get more product! Its hard to get enough product ( lipgloss or lipstick) on a brush most of the time you will end up scraping, so you would have to double dip your lip brush. Now if your at a MakeUp Counter & they have disposable Lip brushes you can plunge it into a tube of Lipgloss and you will probably get enough if not grab another lol

Can you scrape the lipgloss directly on the q-tip and apply your lipgloss with a q-tip, instead of using a lip brush?

I really hope the girls at my mac counter sanitize the lipstick the last time I was at mac there were two girls just going crazy and putting all the lipsticks on straight from the tube!!!!! yuk I could not beleive my eyes the poor girls that work there were so overwhelmed and really had their hands full, how do you know if the person has a crazy lip infection! Im sure that it could go deep into the product

When you pump it like that you put more and more and more air into the product which could dry it out too quickly! D=
