Multi-instrumentalist legend Charlie McCoy on Harmonica and local fiddler Haruka trade solos on Orange Blossom Special with Kenji Nagatomi and the Tennessee Five backing. McCoy, a friend of Nagatomi, travels to Kyoto every year for the All-Japan Country Music Festival. Charlie McCoy is unreal. He starts out fast and just gets faster, swapping out different key harmonicas and never missing a note.

Charlie MCcoy plays the best "fills" on a multitude of genre's than i have ever heard. When he goes from a 1 to a four , five or whatever , his resolution note (many times the 3rd note ) he never steps on the vocal. It is like it's there but it aint. Way to go Charlie. Oh yeah and I just never have like playing the orange blosum special for one thing most people aren't wanting to play it in "C", and I just can't play an "A" harp straight that fast.

See my Harmonica and Fiddle Information video set to another Orange Blossom performance. This live performance rates a 5/5 stars as Charlie is my hero. Haruka is very good too.
