ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਦਾ ਹਾਲ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਰੁਧਤੀ ਰਾਏ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਵੀਡੀਓ। ਉਹ ਦੱਸਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਦੇ ਚਾਰੇ ਥੰਮ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ, ਕਾਰਜ ਪਾਲਕਾ, ਨਿਆਂਪਾਲਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਿੜਕ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਤਾਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਡਿੱਗਣਾ ਬਾਕੀ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਹਾਲ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਏ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿਚ ਅਰੁਧਤੀ ਰਾਏ ਦੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇਹ ਕੁਝ ਮਿੰਟ ਦਾ ਕਲਿਪ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
