You can try it on glass yourself. It does have some interesting effect. That's how the idea came about. I combined both frosted glass jar and diamond cut crystal concept into this Black Diamond.

The Yantouch Black Diamond brings 3D Ambiance iPod charging to a whole new level. The virtually unlimited effects are, well, virtually unlimited. Not only is the Black Diamond soothing to my soul, but it comes in an elegant box! The shape may resemble Epcot, but the lighting is that of Yanni. Many third party projection Applications are available to set that perfect mood. Glad to know it is patented, because this glowing ball of glory cannot be duplicated.
