as far as versions go betty buckleys is up at the top with bernadette peters i never cared for patti lu pones version of roses turn but her everythings coming up rses was perfect

She has tweeted me personally and she does not know me! Her follower list is getting longer now she probably does not even see my tweets, but if you get her when she is on, she answers, and other day sent a small group of us a tweeters a personal "Sweet Dreams" note! Everyone has their off days. Majority of posts who met her said she is super nice.

Betty sounds great!, though perhaps in this version a bit too classy and not enough brassy for pushy Madame Rose! (She was singing this live at Carnegie Hall--so probably not in full character as "Rose.")
