I bet the original version of Go Lion (Voltron) was more for adults in the same way that Star Trek is a family show? I wonder if all the editing turn it into a kids show?

This is definitley my biggest dissapointment for Go Lion. If they were going to kill Shirogane, they should have at least kept him alive for a few more episodes. Either after Yurak is killed or after when they try to save Earth would have been better.

I always liked Shirogane. Sven was a hybrid of two different characters which didn't roll over well in my book.

No. The Cat was actually "buying time" to the Robeast, so he would be able to kill Sven.
