Agree 100% completely. If you act like a foreigner with no regard/respect to culture you're not going to talk to any decent women.
Had a few dates with a Japanese girl who is now a friend and we're getting fugu this week and am currently dating a Japanese girl. Both knew I'd be here for 2 years with intentions on returning to study. They like that I put effort into the culture. Do your best to abide by customs and you'll do fine.
Also, they are eager to teach you Japanese as well!

Way too much generalizing, you're just guessing a little from your apparently limited experiences.
"Big procentage" define that, and how you came to that conclusion....
Japanese people are not so much different from any other modern culture, well sure there's obvious striking differences at first glance but deep down we're all the same, for bad and for worse.

Good video ! Sadly it seems that of the small percentage that are interested in foreigners, quite a large percentage of those are the ones that for whatever reason aren't getting much attention from Japanese guys. Also the prostitution topic is an interesting one, good luck going down that path !! I doubt most of those kind of businesses would deal with foreigners. Moreover they are typically run by organized crime.
