  • Hi. What brand knife are you using? I can never find a good knife. Where did you purchase it?

  • It's a Shun knife. I love it!

  • Julie, may you help me?

I'm speak a little english and i didn't understand what you added after black pepper.

    Thank you!

    Cheers form "Eataly"!

  • Hi SydCrazyCat,

I added dried dill weed, poultry seasoning and pickle relish. If you can't find poultry seasoning, you could use a little dried sage or other herb/spice of choice.

    Enjoy!

  • where in the world did you get that amazing masher? I want one!!!

  • Isn't it fun?! It's a funky potato masher that I picked up at a cooking store last year. I'm not sure of the brand name, but it works well for a variety of tasks. Maybe do an online search for potato mashers?

  • Sweet recipe :D Thanks lots!

Hehe PS, that guys a creepr (x vvvv

  • You are so beautiful

  • That looks awesome. I would add some crunchy walnuts and raisins just like my Grandma used to make (real) chicken salad when I was a kid :) Cool recipe!

  • what brand is the "vegetarian chicken-style seasoning" you use?

I'm sure the brand isn't available here, but even a list of ingredients in it would be helpful.

    Thanks!

  • Thanks for this recipe. I just learned about Soy Curls today from a vegan site. They seem less intimidating than tempeh or making my own seitan.

And, they seem like something an omni would eat I just don't tell my son what's in the 'chicken' salad!
