Breastfeeding on Facebook... is not obscene!

On Sunday, January 8th, 2012, Facebook messed with the wrong breastfeeding mamas!!

Breast is Best! <3 No matter the size, shape, Age, OR race!! If people don't like it they don't have to look and get the hell over it! Deal with reality Boobies are for Babies. Formula is GROSS! Ever smelt it? Nasty... Also horrible things have been found in some top brands of formula. Like BEATLES... eww...Who would want to ingest that, seriously? I'm so happy my mother breastfed me, Regardless of what people said. AND pregnancy is still the most beautiful thing EVER. To GIVE life is Amazing!

Why do people feel the need to put all of their personal lives all over Facebook?

Breastfeeding is beautiful and is wonderful for a "couple" to feed their baby. Not everyone can breastfeed and shouldn't be made to feel less or ashamed. It is a lovely, private thing between a mom and dad and their baby. Facebook has policies and I stand with them in enforcing them. There are thousands of websites that can be used to show off your talent. Leave Facebook alone.

Socially acceptable things to have on nipples: tiny bits of cloth; stars; tassels. Unacceptable things to have on nipples: babies' mouths. Explain to me how a group of mammals with a purportedly superior intellect came up with that.

Obviously, this does not quite apply to me.. However, I'm proud to say that both of my children were breastfed by my partner, and it was the most beautiful and natural thing to see. I've never been so touched, or felt so alive, as I did when I first saw my sons take their first feed. If others want to share that moment, no one should have any right to censor it...

Just my opinion.
