One thing is certain, VERY few singers past or present have had the talent vocally to match their physical beauty.....  Vanessa is in that category

Today you can kinda make the argument that its more important for a singer to have "the look" rather than having a beautiful voice.
however for a singer if you really truly have the voice you don't have to worry about needing the look to be successful.........

Too everyone who is watching this video - Vanessa Williams displays natural singing talent which in my opinion 50% of singers today DO NOT possess. When this song/video came out a singer needed a great voice. Times have certainly changed.

@KendrickMcMurphy I do agree with you. However, I am a more optimist. I agree that 50% of singers do possess signing talent. However, each generation must decide what a good singer is. And while we agree that she is a good singer, the fact stands that others might say rap (crap) and hip hop singers are good singers. To each his own.
