No, no small towns along the way. Its only 76 miles long. There is water on trail, you cross lots of rivers, springs, etc.

Are there small towns on the trail to resupply on food, water and a cold one?

Good job, guys. It was suspenseful. I just completed two sections within the past six months - as day hikes. It is a great place, but I need to trim down and get in shape before doing more. Thanks for the great video.

I hiked the entire foothills in 2005. Good footage, guys. Remeber in the end you find no one wins, and the race was only with yourself.
