You Da One (Cover) - Matt Gregory

Hey guys- My name is Matt, and I'm a classical pianist and musical theatre composer/student at NYU. I've been hearing a lot about these Perez Hilton cover contests recently and been really impressed by how some of the people who enter really transform the songs he chooses to fit their genre of comfort. I told myself I would enter the next one, and when I heard that he had chosen Rihanna's new single "You Da One," I almost didn't follow through. It's a really cool song, but it's definitely out of my comfort zone. But who doesn't love a good challenge? I decided to give it a go. So here's my take on "You Da One."
