Come on people. Man vs. Wild is fake. Look at the episode where he is on the "lava" and he "tests" the ground with his boots. There is no smoke from the lava, newly formed lava is silvery, and boots cannot catch on fire; it violates the laws of the elements. If you want real survival, watch Survivorman.
