rudy did land pretty hard but landings dont make flagrants, the contact does and if u think he stayed down for 10mins cuz he was hurt your a dumbass he was selling it like the euro he is (they tend 2 be the best at flopping) in the 80s/90s thats barely a foul and if u dont get right back up the ref would have beat the shit out of his bitch ass.
