About Phoenix Rising Online:

Phoenix Rising is the initiative of a small group of Tales of Pirates enthusiasts.
Growing bored of the official client, we tried out several other private servers.
Some of which were complicated and half-commercialised. And some which were easy, even fun, but unbalanced.
Through these experiences we decided that we wanted to make our own server, with the balances that we like to share with others.
