So I assume you are a pro and an expert in this matter...? TKD does encourage KO's, it is a full contact Olympic sport without the punches to the face. Everything has rules, BJJ doesn't punch nor kick, Muay Thai doesn't Grapple, Boxing doesn't kick, TKD doesn't punch... Practitioners of it do it for the love of the art, don't bash them. i amd oing tae kwon do for 2 years and 3 months and it's really hard but i stopped about a half year the tae kwon do
