This look took over an hour and a half to complete. I wanted to do a purple look, but it ended up blue instead.
The music in this video is Lady Gaga's "Poker Face" and "Born This Way" neither of which I have the rights to.
This is my favorite tutorial so far because I edited it using new techniques, and added music.

@Emeraldrose424 Thank you my love :D I use Coty Powder. It comes in a round orange container, and they have it at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, pretty much everywhere. It gets confusing though because when you buy it the packaging doesn't say "Coty" it says "Airspun" its a loose high coverage transparent powder. Lol wow I got very detailed with that.
