@meloveAi If you have played before when patient vitals drop to 0 there's still a few miliseconds to recover vitals up to 1 or 2 by making a quick sweep with antibiotic gel :P

@meloveAi well, as it has been said in other videos, the patient's vitals have to be below 0 to create an operation failure. He, thankfully, used antibiotic gel to raise the vitals( and also stop vital loss from the cuts that it covered) before the vitals wen't past 0(or reached -1,if you prefer.)
