This in the 2nd tunein the series of The Classic Hacienda Project which came from Manchester up the Road in Hulme at the time. The producer of Voodoo Ray by A Guy called Gerald called Gerald Simpson got a hacienda hit and was working at McDonald then the call from Top of Pops which meant he was on to being a fine producer of dance music

Class, Im from near Glasgow and eventually made it down about 94/95ish, late anyway, cant rememeber. For some reason Ive not got a good memory, no idea how that happened. Im blaming they Madchester bandits that started all this carry on.

Really great to see (what I consider to be) the better version being played.
