  • FYI folks. your strawberries absolutely MUST be organic. California now uses a deadly pesticide before the fruiting phase. It is only on the leaves. But if your fruit is organic then definitely use the tops the tops have more than twice the vitamin c than the red part!

  • I want to do raw food for life but I don't know how to start and actually keep it going and like it! I have started several times and stopped because of pressure from my family. My husband is supportive but my other family thinks I may get sick. I know that animal products are not going to be the lifestyle I want I need to change but need help. Thank You.
