Starbuck's coffee, as with most coffee consumed in America, tastes like dish water and is only fit for Republicans. Those of us with more discerning tastes employ a French press... excuse me, Freedom press.

What coffee shop isn't full of liberal people? The nicest coffee shops always tend to be in young hip far-from-poor areas that are relatively urban compared to their surroundings. Young liberals, artists, and students like to live and hang out in these areas, so it should be no surprise that they might be employed as baristas in the local shops.

I'm against giving free healthcare to people who don't bother taking care of themselves, and I still think this commercial is funny as hell.
If I was a conservative instead of a libertarian, I'm pretty sure I'd still have better things to be outraged about than this commercial.
Funny as hell. I think the conservatives are just trying to be as good at whining as the liberals are. You're catching 'em guys! Keep it up! Soon we'll have two parties full of whining fucking children.

Did Republicans call the president a Chicago steamer? I dont think so. You people are infantile ;)

Hey. I think its a great idea. I will finally proudly debate (w/ my friends) my pro-republican stance at every Starbucks. :)

I will not be buying my usual Starbucks three times a week now. This company must be full of liberal jerks.
Unfortunately, Starbucks seems to have bowed to pressure and changed the commercial. Between "people who look like their pets" and "Civil War Re-enactors" they've put "the indisputably tall (showing someone up to the shoulders and head. Town Meeting guys gone, now ends with the Civit War Re-enactors.

Are you serious? I had no idea that they were receiving pressure to change/remove it. Dollars before principles I guess.

T-baggers have jumped all over it. I've since seen the commercial several times and they've definitely removed the townhall meeting part. The "the indisputably tall" is just lame. Ending with the townhall meeting made that commercial interesting. Now, just the Civil War re-enactors standing at the table drinking coffee.

I would think that the T-baggers would be glad that one of their own made it to a Starbucks commercial. Are they tired of supporting the stupidity of uncivil discourse? We can only hope so.
