Bonyen Lee of R News Time Warner Cable emcees the celebration of the 5 year anniversary of The Baobab Cultural Center founded by Moka Lantum, a community wellness event touting simple ways to be healthy and raise funds for the expansion of the Baobab Eco-Dome African Cultural Arts Center. The Inaugural Walk Brunch N Vibe with ARTitude in Ellison Park. David Klein, CEO of Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and John Urban, President, Greater Rochester Health Foundation join to promote healthy living and exercise for fitness and longevity. Jim Thompson of Open Sky Yoga and Sandra Flowers of Gold School Tae Kwon Do demonstrate group exercises.
