Time was 1946...the crumbling, burnt ruins of Berlin had become a center of tourism, politics and the focal point for a new war...a cold war....up from the ruins of one of Europe's great cities would come a new world...terminology and a reason to believe in the word freedom...but, in 1946, this was yet years in the future...come and stumble amist in the ruins of a failed empire...like ancient Rome but, 1940's style...I'm sorry, I do not speak Russian...do you speak French?

Back in 1946 the city of Berlin was in ruins but at least there were mostly Germans living in it. Now in 2011 the ruins have all but disappeared but where are the German people? In some boroughs of Berlin there are hardly any left...
