The (so-called) Rings are in the exact positions of the Nexrad Radars.
Sitting at the dead center of every one of those "Rings" is a Nexrad Radar scanning Base Reflectivity at 1.45° Elevation.
The "Squares" are the result of Composite Imagery Software Anomalies.
Predicting Severe Weather in Missouri over a 24-48 hour period in May is a no-brainer.
You have at least an 85% chance of being right without consulting any Met data.
This whole Scalar/HAARP thing is utter bullshit.

Allright with your ring things on the radar. Thoes are the radar stations. I found out Intellicast is the ONLY things showing thoes and thoes weird things. So why dont you try something els.

The Video opens with the narrator saying "it is 10:58 pm CST, Sunday May 22nd" that was over 5 hours AFTER the tornado struck Joplin. I was already watching news coverage of it by that time.

LEAD TIME: The Joplin tornado struck right around 5:40 p.m. CDT Sunday. The official tornado warning was issued at 5:17. A separate storm had triggered a tornado warning for northern Joplin at 5:09.

@Theoneandonly5811 I don't see any indication on your channel that you are an expert, and I am certainly not either, but I did do some research on the squares in particular. When you view a radar map that spans a large area, you are viewing a radar mosaic. That mosaic is made up of any number of separate radar stations. If any ONE of those stations fails to report, you get these square anomalies. Look into it a little.

I live in Jefferson City, Missouri. I have video of the sky and what you are talking about in the sky...a completely covered clouded sky, then a deep blue square in the middle of it!!!
