I don't know how to do this... For moments I find serenity but daily worries take me away from this. I'm so stressed and fearful....deadlines, exams, loneliness...etc

We are conditioned this way... interesting that he talks about "ideas" being the problem and does not acknowledge the fact that we are conditioned to be this way.

Or even the fact that we exist means were connected. If i look at you, I should see myself, if I dont like the person that i look at, who is supposed to be me. This must mean I dont like myself. For us all to learn to love eachother we must first learn to love ourselves. Which we most of never seem to give enough time to.
