  • i wanna do this and i am very eager to join the course.

thing is i dont know squat :/

will i be taught all the basics and stuff if i join?

or am i gunna have to know all this?:/

  • Nice vid. i went to east la skills center for there course it was pretty damn hard! we did a shit load of PT and hard labor lol

  • @countryboy28213 Damn, thats crazy how many guys drop out. The class is hard, but man at the end....awesome!

  • @Carlitosway909 Like a power company that serves an area....they will always be around, bc they make their money off of customers' meters. Their main job is to keep their customers happy and keep the lights on...Contracting is different...Good money can be made, but with this unstable economy, Entergy and other Co Op's aren't contracting out as much work as they did in the past and Contracting lineman are taking somewhat of a hit. Go with the power company..Job security a better type of people

  • @Linester25 CO OP ???

  • @ivie6969 It be like that. I took the class in Memphis, TN and we started out with like 33 initially. By the end of the first semester though, we had like 17.

  • i'm going to school on August at LATTC. Does anybody know any stores in Los Angeles or near the East Los Angeles area where i can get power lineman equipment and supplies. From what the staff infromed me. I would be told all that I need to know in the first day of class, but I what to be some what prepared.

  • Taking this class right now with Mr. Bushman...AWESOME teacher! This class is hard at first, but very worth it. We started with 25 or 29 people (Veterans) and now are down to 14 people at LATTC in Los Angeles. Great vid man!!!
